Ok, so some of you sent me some questions!

So, here we go:
My favourite movie: I'm not much of a movie fan, to be honest (ask Jen!). I tend to prefer silly & funny films to serious & meaningful ones - my favourite recent films that I've seen have been Bruno, The Hangover, and Drag Me To Hell (wasn't meant to be funny...but it had me in stitches!). I do like some serious films tho - Walk The Line is very good. I also have a shameless love for the Jackass movies.

What I like to do for fun: I'm a musician, so writing & recording music and playing the guitar in general has always been very enjoyable (though in recent months my illness has made this very difficult for me). I love motorsports, and follow the Formula 1 and MotoGP, and try to go to race meetings whenever I can. I love driving too, and like to go on road trips and visit new places. I find it very hard to sit around doing nothing and like my life to be very busy & frantic (I'm glad of the free time at the moment though!), so even when I'm not doing anything in particular I try to busy myself by going for walks, going shopping, etc. I love doing things with my friends, such as bowling, going to the cinema or meeting up for a meal or quiet drink at the pub - though I'm not much of a party animal and have never really enjoyed clubbing all that much. Above all this though, spending time with Jen is always my number 1 priority, because we always have so much fun together!
My favourite style of music, and the influence it's had on my music: This is a tough one, because I listen to so many different genres of music, both mainstream & otherwise. Rock music is my favourite, but I listen to absolutely anything, and especially get a kick out of non-mainstream, specialist artists. I think the artists playing instrumental guitar music (Vai, Gilbert, Friedman, Satriani, etc) have had the most influence on my compositions & recordings, because I've learnt so much about guitar technique, tone and melody/harmony by examining their music over the years. They're all awesome people too (I've met most of my favourite instrumentalists), and they've all definately shaped my personality as well as my music.
Wierd foods I like eating: I'm a vegetarian, so my selection of wierd foods is quite limited.

I mainly live off veggie sausages, burgers, pies, etc, and people generally consider them quite wierd when compared to the meat that they're used to (Jen's dad refers to veggie versions of meat products by adding the word 'Lame' before the foodstuff - "How are your lame sausage rolls?" etc). On a sidenote, my favouite food at the moment is the Cheese & Onion pasties that a shop down where Jen lives serves...they're absolutely divine!!
Books or movies: As I said earlier, I'm not much of a fan of movies. That said though, I barely read at all (very, very few books interest me & can hold my attention), so I guess I'll have to go for movies.
Drawing or colouring: I make no exaggeration when I say that I'm the worst artist in the known universe! Colouring is easy in comparison, but I guess I'll still go for drawing. Incidentally, I'm still trying to get Jen to draw me a picture!
Black or white: Hmm, tough one. Black is my favourite colour for guitars, but I think cars look great in white. I think I'd go for black, though.
Do I cook?: I'm not the best chef in the world, and whenever I try and cook anything at all complicated it always goes horrendously wrong! I can cook a good cheese omelette with homemade chips, though!
Do I bake?: Very, very rarely. I used to bake a lot with my grandma when I was a kid, but the only things I've baked in recent years have been cakes for Jen.

I'd like to start baking more though.
Well, I guess that's it!

Thanx to everyone who sent me some questions...if there's anything else you'd like to know, just add it as a comment below and I'll update this entry to include it.
All the best!
JPx
